Faq on buying vouchers
- You just need to go to the buying page and buy the amount of vouchers you want, after which you can just immediately use the voucher at the shop when you are in Japan.
- If you are not sure on how much to buy, you can buy a lower amount of voucher first, and go to the shop for more advice on the services you want. If there is a need to top up, you will have to pay at the shop itself.
- if there is a balance from the voucher after paying, we will not be able to refund you the balance.
Faq on service
- Yes, you would have to book an appointment before coming as there are limited slots.
- We do not accept walk in. Only by reservation
Faq on shipping
- Orders ordered will be process, packed and sent within 3-5 working days excluding weekend. You will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your order once it is being sent (It can usually be tracked after a day). Please do understand that there might be delay in shipment in times of high demand.
- The cost of the shipment is determine by entering the destination region at the check out page
- Usually for Asia countries it will take 1-2weeks for the items to reach you. For areas outside of Asia countries, it will take 2-4weeks for the items to reach you
- We are only able to change the address before the item have dispatch out. So please fill in carefully before checking out. If you need to change the address, please do so as soon as possible at your purchase history. We are not responsible if the address is wrong after dispatching it.
